Online shopping becomes even easier by using our APIs (Application Programming Interfaces). An API is a piece of software that allows communication between multiple systems. By using these APIs, your customer can select an available timeslot for his delivery and simply choose a DHL Service Point during the checkout. Delivery timeslots (API)
This API can be used to obtain information on delivery times. An overview of the available delivery slots for the next 14 days will be displayed.
The information provided by this API enables your customers to stipulate the desired date and time of the delivery directly via your website.
DHL Servicepoint locator
This API is used to locate the closest DHL Service Points to the recipient’s postcode and house number. DHL Service points may be located closest to the recipient’s home or work address if desired. Locations of the 20 DHL Service Points closest to the relevant postcode and house number will be displayed. The nearest DHL Service Point is displayed first.
The opening times of the DHL Service Points are available on the site (this information is optional).
DHL Returns Portal – easy management of returns.
The DHL Returns Portal facilitates your customers or customer service department to handle return shipments within the Benelux. This can be executed from a DHL environment but it is also possible to integrate this facility into your own applications and adapt it to your own corporate design.
