Your supplier can ask DHL Parcel to collect the payment of the goods at the time of delivery. This is called Cash on Delivery. Our courier will ask you to pay the exact amount in cash or by cheque, following the instructions of the shipper. Payment by credit card is not possible and our couriers do not carry change. If the amount is higher than € 1,500, we will always ask you to pay by cheque.
