Missed our driver?

Please enter the shipment number together with your postal code to change your delivery. Please use capital letters only.

The tracking nr of your parcel, starting with the letters DD, can be found in the centre of the not-home card our driver left in your mailbox (see below).

If you were not at home when we tried to deliver your parcel, our driver will have left a card in your mailbox. On this card you can find the shipment number and the address of the neighbour who received your parcel or the new delivery moment we chose for you. Do you prefer a different delivery moment? By entering your shipment number and postal code, you can choose a different delivery option until 22h30. 

  1. Plan a new home delivery This option allows you to choose for a new home delivery attempt within 7 calendar days. Please select your prefered delivery day. You can also choose for an evening delivery or a Saturday delivery.
