A properly packaged parcel avoids disappointment. Therefore keep in mind the following tips for sending your parcel safely:
Packaging tips:
- Choose a box that fits the content size.
- Fill empty spaces in the box with cushioning materials.
- Pack valuable items in a box of higher quality cardboard.
- Use a strong box without vulnerable, torn or damp areas.
- Secure the box with strong tape.
- Remove old labels and stickers from a re-used box.
- Attach a unique label to every box.
- Always wrap fragile items in an extra box.
Labeling tips:
- Remove old labels from the box.
- Attach a unique shipping label to each box.
- Stick the label to a flat surface, preferably to the side of the box.
- Stick the label firmly to the packaging, it should not hang loose.
- Make sure there is no strapping or tape on top of the label, otherwise we will not be able to scan the label correctly.
- Also place an extra address label inside the package.
